Highly recommend. The entire stay was wonderful from the minute we arrived. Very clean unit, exceptional staff, beautiful water view, and was very quiet and relaxing.

We stayed here for a full week. Awesome little place with a small pool, tiki hut and beach area. Great location for visiting the sites all over the area. Could have used a small dresser to store our clothes but we managed just fine. We visited all of Pine Island, the Edison and Ford Museum, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. They have kayaks for the guests to use and boat docks as well. We really enjoyed our time here. P.S. Uno the dolphin was a really cool treat in Bokeelia at the Jug Creek Fish House!

It was my birthday weekend anniversary too decent pricing booked early. Loved the grill. I grilled out every night. Save me a couple of Bucks and I was able to drink without having to worry about driving for dinner. Rooms were comfy. Owner is great. I will be back again and again and again.

What a wonderful experience! We go on vacation locally to Matlacha (our favorite place). We booked a one bedroom with sofa bed and one bath. Plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the furnishings. They had everything you could possibly want for cooking and an enormous stainless steel sink for washing pots, pans and dishes. Our condo even had a screened in lanai which we entertained if it rained. But our weather couldn’t have been better. Their property is beautiful and they offer quite a few amenities. It is located on a residential street with gorgeous huge homes. They have waterfront gulf access. Kayaks are available and several docks for boat access to the gulf. They have a small beach area and toys for the children. Even a tiki Hut. They have fishing rods to fish off the dock and gas grills near the tiki hut. There’s a well maintained pool and pool deck. The property is very well maintained. It’s quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had the most enjoyable week at this location. Not sure if we should call it a hotel, a resort, a short-term apartment - it's kinda holds a unique niche, but our place was both perfectly comfortable and as clean as clean gets. The beds were comfortable, the other guests very nice, it was quiet at night, and the pool was pleasant. You can watch the sun rise over the water and set over the water with only minimal walking. If we needed anything either we found Stacy (she was around every morning) or we emailed her and it appeared the next day without a problem. My only "maybe" markdown is on location - Matlacha on Shoreview is not really near anything. For some that is exactly what you will want, for others it will be the opposite. So I went 3 of 5 stars for location. Lastly, be sure to go to Maceli's Restaurant (very close). Great food and good country music every night. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Adorable. In the cutest little area. Perfect for what we needed. Love having my own kitchen. We enjoyed the fire-pit. The pool was heated. Kids loved Fishing right off the dock. Quiet and quaint.
